Returns and Exchanges

Buy with Confidence - we want you to be happy with your purchase!

Returns or exchanges will be accepted when postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Article must be in unworn condition. Please include a copy of the order confirmation or packing slip. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer (with the exception of defective items). For all returns, a credit for the purchase price will be applied to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. If this is not possible, or if you are returning a gift, returns will be issued in the form of scripturesinsilk.com credit.

Defective Items – Customers are to report any defects in items within 3 days of receipt. Please contact us with the order number, description of the issue and images if possible.

Holiday Returns / Exchanges – Orders made between Thanksgiving and December 25 for gifting may be returned or exchanged until January 10.

Shipping

Shipping by USPS First Class mail is included within the the US and Canada. Customer may select USPS Priority Mail for an additional fee. Scriptures in Silk® is not responsible for any customs fees on international orders.

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of placing order. Once the order has shipped, customer will receive notification with tracking information.

All orders are shipped via USPS. If expedited service is required, please let us know by sending an email to scripturesinsilk@gmail.com.

If customer enters the wrong shipping address, and the order has shipped, we are unable to retrieve the package. We would encourage the customer to check with the post office of the zip code that was provided with the order.

Order Cancellation - orders may be cancelled if they have not yet shipped. Please contact us at info@scripturesinsilk.com to verify whether the order has shipped. If the order can be cancelled, generally funds will be returned to the customer’s account within 72 hours.

GIVING

At Scriptures in Silk®, we believe that giving back is a priority, and it changes people’s lives. A portion of the proceeds from each sale is donated to local community organizations or to national charities that share our values.
